I think it's safe to say that entrepreneurs and businesswomen are done with antiquated notions of "business as usual."
In our journeys as successful female entrepreneurs, we are creating new definitions for what it means to "work" and seeking and creating spaces that give us room to be who we are in both/ and our businesses and lives without all of the striving, overwhelm, and exhaustion.
As more women and men awaken to the feminine, we embrace and integrate new modalities, embodiment practices, and tools that enhance our connection to ourselves, each other, and our world.
Instead of living from a place of force, we are living from flow and attuning to the messages of our bodies and souls- leaving plenty of space on our calendars to remember our need to rest, regenerate, dance, and play.
As more of us lean into our intuition and allow ourselves to be guided by our senses, we learn to include and leverage the gifts we used to suppress and hide. We are expressing and exposing what's outrageous about us because invariably- what is outrageous in us is also the animating spirit of our soul- the unique and vital part that remembers that we are alive!
In this episode, Libby and Megan Jo talk about
How each of us starts our day by centering feminine values as we get shit done.
How Megan Jo and Libby became entrepreneurs and how they are leading women to redesign their businesses.
Our new definition of "outrageous" and how it keeps us in a state of creativity.
What is "jiggle therapy," and why loving your thighs will change your life and business!
The difference between clearing emotions and INCLUDING emotions in the boardroom and beyond.
Why the masculine is awesome and the patriarchy sucks for everyone.
Practical ways to extract yourself from the conditioned impulse to "be busy" all the time.
Why we can't continue to separate business from personal.
Why starting your own business is a wonderful roller coaster ride.
Why taking a dance break is a valuable way to express the energy that needs to move.
Why suffering and sacrifice is not a badge of honor and why grind culture deadens us.
Why collaboration is Sexy AF
How to make new rules in business and why women are taking our pleasure to new heights as part of the "business plan."
Why women are no longer manning up.
Why we need to premeditate the magic of taking time off.
Why the tiniest sip of pleasure will always get you through the day.
The pitfalls most women fall into when it comes to business and why we have new radical choices at our fingertips that can change everything.
Special Guests: Libby Bunten and Megan Jo Wilson.

This podcast brought me so much pleasure! Libby Bunten is a dear friend and colleague that keeps me thinking, daring and belly-laughing.
Join us as we travel into the deep rupture of Libby’s personal awakening and into the world of radiant feminist leadership development.
Libby’s infectious love of laughter, life and leadership is accessible and inspiring. As a highly accomplished independent consultant in the global online business world with Arbonne (https://www.arbonne.com/pws/libbybunten/tabs/home.aspx), Libby’s passion is is to strengthen the lives of women in her local community and beyond. Raised in a quintessential Maine coastal town, Libby always did “whatever it took” to make a living and get the job done. Before a career in social marketing, she did everything from manual labor to freelance writing. A brief stint in a toxic, patriarchal, corporate work environment propelled Libby to pursue an MS in Clinical Psychology which ultimately led to her work in feminist leadership development with like-minded, independent and irreverent women. When she isn't cheering women on, you can find her traveling with her Hebrew Hunk, Paul, singing karaoke, or in deep surrender to the abyss that is the journey of healing.
We are programmed not to take ownership of our innate gifts. The “art of bragging” comes from Mama Gena and is really about celebration and learning to create a culture of claiming our accomplishments and celebrating one another.
Libby had experienced “The Mother Wound” first hand and found herself at a point in her life where she was seeking a way to reveal her true self.
Libby came home from Mama Gena’s weekend experience and cried for a week, which is something Mama Gena calls a “rupture”.
Trying to suppress your emotion is like trying to push a balloon underwater.
Giving permission and space for our emotion creates a clearing, and if we do this work enough- the work of unbecoming, we can return to our original divine design.
After completing a Mama Gena weekend, Libby enrolled in Rockstar Camp with Megan Jo Wilson and took her awareness and the work of unbecoming even higher.
Social marketing is aligned with leadership development and often gets us way out of our comfort zone. It often confronts us with the level of independence it gives us, and calls us to be more responsible, visible, and engaged.
Women are uniquely suited to do well in social marketing because it’s about relationships, community and authentic connection.
Feminist leadership is about getting all voices at the table.
Women are circling in ways that are creating a spiral of evolution, and helping each other ascend into a higher understanding of what we are capable of, and how we are all connected.
Libby continues to build her thriving Arbonne community, and next on her bucket list is writing her book! Special Guest: Libby Bunten.

Stephanie is the founder of Lioness, a coaching consultancy dedicated to helping powerful women lead and live from a place of pleasure, power, and purpose. As a leadership and sexuality coach, she empowers women to awaken that seductive, magnetic place inside themselves so they can lead their business and lives from a place of inner strength and ease. Stephanie has a unique ability to flex between feminine flow and concrete masculine structures. She gives women permission to remove their armor and explore the more sensitive, sensual, and intuitive parts of themselves while also taking daring action towards their desires.

Stephanie has a corporate background in talent strategy, culture change, and leadership development, working with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, TDAmeritrade, and MetLife. She is also an expert in the feminine arts and is a graduate of The School for Womanly Arts, a certified Tantra & Sexuality Coach, Co-Active Leadership Coach, Femme! Teacher and KAP facilitator. She’s worked with hundreds of creative and talented women in over 20 countries to reclaim and honor their voice and power within.

Sensuality is about knowing the nuances of your body and allowing your body to feel what it feels.
Women are uniquely designed to intuit the world through our senses.
So many women feel like they should put themselves last and put everything and everyone before them.
Coming home to "I MATTER” is a pivotal coming home point for women.
You have permission to be all of you.
Erotic intelligence is getting really clear on your desires and pleasure.
In order to get to pleasure we have to allow ourselves to be in our most primal nature to receive, be vulnerable.
The leadership of the future is strong and compassionate, nurturing and powerful.
The “messy" feminine is where we can hear the sacred voice within us.
Women can hold grief and joy at the same time- our emotional capacity and range are remarkable.
To celebrate and honor all of our emotions in the body is to be fully embodied.
“I’m raising a son who can experience what a woman who is full of herself looks like.”
